The Electric Mountain Festival returns to Sölden from April 12 to 17, 2027, bringing six days of electronic music to the Austrian Alps. Performances take place at locations across the ski area, allowing visitors to combine spring skiing and snowboarding with parties on the mountain.
The 2027 festival is due to feature more than 15 international acts across 11 locations at altitudes of around 2,000 metres. The artist line-up and full daily timetable have not yet been released.
Music Across the Mountain
Here is what has been confirmed for the 2027 festival:
Electronic Music: International DJs and electronic artists will perform throughout the festival week. The 2027 line-up is still to be announced, but recent editions have featured Timmy Trumpet, Dimitri Vegas, James Hype, Lost Frequencies, R3HAB, Martin Garrix and Steve Aoki.
Festival Locations: Performances are spread across the Sölden ski area rather than being held at a single venue. Some mountain locations may only be accessible by ski or snowboard, so visitors should check the final venue information before attending.
Main Days at Giggijoch: The festival is scheduled for April 15 and 16, 2027. Festival packages include admission to both days, with the main performances taking place at Giggijoch.
Skiing and Snowboarding: Music events are held on ski days, giving visitors time to enjoy the slopes and attend DJ sets on the same trip. A valid ski pass may be required to reach certain festival locations.
Festival Packages: Four-night and seven-night packages are available, including accommodation, a Sölden ski pass and tickets for the two main days. Premium parties and VIP areas can be booked separately where available.
Tickets for Non-Skiers: Visitors without a ski pass can purchase a pedestrian combo ticket for the main days. This includes a return journey on the Giggijoch gondola and admission to the festival area on the selected day.
Music and Skiing in Sölden
The Electric Mountain Festival spreads electronic music across Sölden’s slopes, mountain restaurants and main festival area. Visitors can ski or snowboard between performances before gathering at Giggijoch for the two biggest days of the week.
